Nova Group Sales represents component and service providers to the OEM Window and Door manufacturers. We strive to be the top rep group for all products that we represent.  Our strategy is to be the best and success will follow.   We want to be known as the premier rep group in the country to our customers and principals.  Our coordinated approach from consultative technical sales to impeccable customer support has fueled our success.

Nova Group focuses on providing engineered solutions that enhance the operational and energy performance of fenestration products.  We take a consultative, technical approach to sales.  Our customers view us as an extension of their team and an extension of our supplier’s team.  We typically get the first call on new products being developed or to solve a problem.  This puts us in a strategic advantage when providing solutions from our product offerings.  Our customers appreciate having an immediate technical response and consider us experts on the products that we represent, as well as the general market.

 

In addition to technical support, we provide an added level of customer service through our in-house CSR support liaison.  Our customers know that we are here to support any need from expediting an order, tracking, checking on order status for multiple items, or simply gathering information.  Our CSR Manager has worked with our customer base for over 20 years and has developed strong relationships enabling us to navigate the most difficult situations.  A happy, well supported customer will continue to add products to the group or company that makes their life easier.

  • Joined Nova  Group in 2007 upon exiting his role as Engineering Manager (Ply-Gem/Patriot)
  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of window and glass manufacturing and product design

 

Terry Capers, CSR Manager / Support Coordinator

Supports all Nova Group Accounts and Representatives

  • BS Business Administration - Belmont College 1994
  • 25 years in the fenestration industry
  • Joined Nova in 2003 after his role of Customer Service Mgr and Production
  • Mgr of Bayform
  • Supports customers, principals and sales reps through project management skills
  • Incredible attention to detail, product knowledge and organizational skills
